Receive awards and conference updates
As the first and only global dedicated Employee Engagement Awards & conference business, we believe in inspiring & educating people to remake the way organisations think about, and engage, people to achieve their purpose.
That’s why we created and continue to improve the Employee Engagement Awards; to provide a platform to recognise excellence in engagement that inspires action and drives the industry and the employee experience forward
By entering and hopefully winning, The EE Awards in association with Reward Gateway will provide you with industry acknowledgement and an important competitive advantage to attract the best talent globally and all year round.
Be part of the most influential global Employee Engagement Awards & Conference programme.
To provide access to the best practice represented by this year’s winners, the EE Awards & Reward Gateway is hosting a conference of best practice presentations at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Sydney on November 16, 2016. The speaker line-up is being finalised and announced shortly but they will provide practical advice to Employee Engagement professionals looking to get better results from their engagement programmes.
The Employee Engagement Awards winners will be announced directly after the conference on the Sydney harbour front along with cocktails and canapes. A perfect opportunity for EE professionals to come together post conference and network.
In our first year we have one major category in Australia & New Zealand that offers up to 10 companies to be profiled as leaders in Employee Engagement:
The 2016 ANZ Employee Engagement Company of the Year (Top 10 will be listed)
We must stress that we welcome entries from companies of all shapes and sizes. We are looking for how you made the experience better and how you positively impacted your staff – whether that was for 10 or 10,000 employees
Employee Engagement can mean different things to different businesses depending on the challenges you’re faced with. You could have positively impacted your staff through a wellbeing or recognition programme. Your business could have introduced a new diversity or leadership strategy that positively changed the employee experience for the better.
The winning business will provide evidence that they’ve utilised multiple opportunities for employees to engage with their company and become more fulfilled in their work. Judges will be looking for varied engagement methods and the metrics used to measure the return on investment
