The 2018 Conference

Be part of the most influential global Employee Engagement Awards & Conference programme.

To provide access to the best practice represented by this year’s winners, the EE Awards is hosting a conference (next year) of best practice presentations at the SCG in Sydney on October 26, 2018.

The speaker line-up is being finalised and announced shortly but they will provide practical advice to Employee Engagement professionals looking to get better results from their engagement programmes.

The award categories

We have one major category in Australia & New Zealand that offers up to 10 companies to be profiled as leaders in Employee Engagement:

The 2017 ANZ Employee Engagement Company of the Year (Top 10 will be listed)

We must stress that we welcome entries from companies of all shapes and sizes. We are looking for how you made the experience better and how you positively impacted your staff – whether that was for 10 or 10,000 employees

Employee Engagement can mean different things to different businesses depending on the challenges you’re faced with. You could have positively impacted your staff through a wellbeing or recognition programme. Your business could have introduced a new diversity or leadership strategy that positively changed the employee experience for the better.

The winning business will provide evidence that they’ve utilised multiple opportunities for employees to engage with their company and become more fulfilled in their work. Judges will be looking for varied engagement methods and the metrics used to measure the return on investment
